A short note to mention that the website is updated and buying is made clearer. I have been hard at work this summer making new artwork. I am still writing Premonitions the novel, I am working hard on One Angry Koala graphic novel and have recently started a One Angry Koala Painting on a large canvas. This’ll be my first attempt at surreal art with mixed media. I recently went to see Sandman artist Dave McKean and he was such a nice guy and his artwork amazing, it inspired m to say the least. Hopefully my painting will be good enough to scan and use as the cover. More info as I see it.

We have been working on submissions of Premonitions and One Angry Koala to publishers and are deep into this process. Those of you who know the business know it is hard to break into. We are sending out our quality products and hope to hear something positive from publishers.

On another front, Michael is writing a novelization of the Premonitions story that will take the groundwork that has been laid out in the comic and the short story and develop it into a rich, deep and exciting novel series. Although Michael has written many short stories and is a published poet, this will be his first novel. He expects it to be completed by July of 2009! Wish him luck as he spends long hours hovering over the keyboard.

Skeptic Comics and Spare Karma Productions are preparing for a joint venture to the great state of Texas for the Wizard World comic book convention in November. We had great success at the Chicago con, and sold many books, selling out of One Angry Koalas!!!
